Review: Caraval

Hey everyone,

Guess what I have just finished? Caraval! My god. This book. Now I loved the idea of this book. Two sister trying to escape from an island that is tearing their sanity apart. Scarlett, the oldest, and Tella, the youngest, finally get their letter and tickets from Legend, the Caraval master. They are to attend Caraval a week before Scarlett’s wedding to her unknown Fiance.

I think that’s all I’m going to give you as the story talks for itself. This story shows you a love between 2 sisters and the trust between them. Even though they may be as different as North and South or Hot and Cold, they will always stand for each other even if it means hurting them.

Fantasy, mystery and love fill this book to the brim. The best part is that you don’t know whats actually happening until the last 3 chapters of the book. I can honestly say this had me screaming in fear.

Now there will be a second to this book and thank god is all I can say to that as you will see. I also worry that I’m either too easy when judging books or that I’m actually picking up extremely good books. But I believe that Stephanie Garber has done an incredible job with this book. She has made her own little word when no one wants to leave… Or can’t. You decide. Well done. 5 Stars.
